Integra Water Systems

We had our water permanently fixed by Jason w/ a clorine system. Wish we could have known about his business two years before, we were lead in many different directions from other companies without the sulphur smell and iron bacteria delt with properly, and thousands of dollars wasted in faulty systems.Will be recommending his services to anyone I know that needs well water work for his honest pricing, and the actual results that he delivers.ThxsOliver, Alisha and Josie

We were very pleased with the work Jason Schmidt did for us, with Integra Water Systems. We live on Pender Island, and needed to upgrade our existing well-water system. Right from the get-go, he replied to our queries in a prompt and professional manner. We came up with a plan together, based on what we had here, and what he could recommend. We started off with pictures of our site, and then he made a site visit, where he answered many questions, and explained how it would work. As we prepared the site, he was quick to respond when we had questions. On installation day he showed up and got all the work done, neatly, proficiently, and expertly. Changing over from our old system to our new one was seamless.It is not easy finding skilled professionals that can do work here, whether looking at local companies that get too booked up, or Victoria companies unwilling to come over here. Jason was quite happy to come over to Pender!We had peace of mind through it all, knowing that with Jason, we had a professional, who truly understands water systems. Had a breached water tank bladder and felt the urgent need to save my pump from over work. Phoned around and another firm said they could probably get to me by the end of the week and didn't even pretend to sound like I was a priority. Integra was able to get out same day to help me with the replacement. Very professional, with a quote provided in advance, he also explained options I had for replacement (constant pressure vs. conventional) and also about UV systems. I didn't feel pressured but appreciated the information and advice. Thank you Jason!
